Only one man ever truly understood all of the bible, the Man Christ Jesus; the Word Himself. The deeper one looks into the bible, the more one finds. Layer upon layer, precept upon precept, as if it is an endless source of wisdom, prophecy and information.
Deuteronomy 30:5 is verse #5708 in the Torah. The number 5708 is significant. It proves that God is very exact with His plans for His people. The year 1948 on the Gregorian calendar (the year of Israel’s return to the Land) is the equivalent of the year 5708 on the Hebrew calendar. How awesome that the verse number’s prophecy is fulfilled in the same numbered year as the verse itself. Here’s what Deuteronomy 30:5 says.
And the Lord thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers.
