By now I am sure you have heard about the fires in Maui. This lady, whom I know nothing about, has done a brilliant job of outlining the events. I would suggest you watch the videos quickly before they are pulled. When she speaks of DEW or Directed Energy Weapon, I can tell you as a former Radio Frequency engineer this is absolutely possible to do. It is being done today on a smaller scale with the 5G wireless carriers using something called beamforming.
Beamforming is a technique used to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of received signals, eliminate undesirable interference sources, and focus transmitted signals to specific locations. Beamforming is central to systems with sensor arrays, including MIMO wireless communications systems such as 5G, LTE, and WLAN.
If it is done in the general public, you can bet it is being done on a much larger scale via the military. Most likely DEW was the offspring of HAARP, a conspiracy theory no more that was supposedly shut down by the military in 2014. It was used to shoot millions of watts of electromagnetic energy into the earth’s atmosphere for testing purposes, but most likely was developed as not only the ultimate weapon but also used to manipulate weather patterns and possibly create earthquakes.
The U.S. Air Force has told Congress it intends to shut down HAARP, a controversial Alaska-based research facility that studies the upper atmosphere.
Remember the Californina fires last year and the recent East coast Canadian fires that sent a plume of smoke across much of the NE US? Today, there are still other fires raging in various parts of the world including western Canada, Greece and another in Montana. How is it that the Maui fires were hot enough to melt metal? Why all the mishaps for the emergency management system? There are many other unanswered questions like how does one write a book about the fires just 48 hours after the fact?
