I was going to create a post after reading a book that covered all this information (not the one he mentioned). It is truly fascinating. However, after finding this video where Tom Horn eloquently summarizes the whole picture in 20 minutes, I decided it would be easier to post the video 🙂 I can’t recommend enough to watch this with your loved ones.
